I made an online recharge to my mobile number ********65 of Punjab circle, today (09.01.2015) at about 3.56 PM
But this amount was not credited to my mobile.
The details are as follows
• Transaction ID: BSMP3********3
• Idea Number: ********65
• Transaction date:09-01-2015 15:56:10
• Amount:Rs.330.00
Despite repeated calls to customer care (these calls are charged @ 50p per minutes)
The customer care is saying that I have not done any recharge
When I advised the CC of Idea cellular to verify my transaction Id which was provided by Idea ONline recharge website after my bank credited (sent) the amount of Rs. 330.00 to Idea Cellular account.
Now after having received this money they are not crediting the same to my mobile number ********65.
The CC at Idea are flatly refusing to acknowledge my payment.
I request that my talk time/ amount of 330 be credited into my mobile number ********65.
