Blackberry India Redington - Iam not satisfied with the Blackberry Service

i had bought the warranty handset of blackberry_9300 from a store on 20 november, 2011 paying a total of 13500 Rupees Thinking that ill have a better costumer care service. and product..but to my surprise within 7 months the handset started having below mentioned problems
1. Screen tapping which used to hang but work trying twice of thrice
2. Call end button was not working

Which on 05 June 2012 was given to Redington India Ltd,Bhubaneswar, they opened a Work Order No :- BHU/BB/12/00686
He told me that it will take 15 days, so i handed over the handset to them. On 13.8.12 when i visited the store, they handed me the set and within 2 days again the same problems started. So, I went again on 27th Aug, 2012 to register complaint in Redington India Ltd again and this time the Work order no- BHU/BB/12/01184 is given to me. And if it goes on like this then I will not be able to make proper use of my handset and the warranty period will get over.

I would like your attention and appreciate if you could look into the matter and sought it out asap..
