I m the consumer of domestic gas. We book our cylinders at easy home appliances,kamla nehru market ,sakkardara square,nagpur. my Consumer No. is 632725. We booked our cylinders on 16.05.2012 and10,06,2012 till date our cylinders have not been delivered. We went there so many times but everytime they misbehave with us saying that they dont have the supply. And also they don't book cylinders before 20 days. Its been so much of harassment for us...tell us what should we do now. I am mailing you after repeated requests to them. And delivery time is usually more than 10-20 days. So, its my humble request to look into this matter soon and ensure us timely delivery of gas cylinders with their exact fee.i hope u can understand my problem n help me.
