we did complaint on 27 Aug for remove bill charges & do disconet our gas line we are not happy with it but still we are waiting for reply so plz do it close ASAP so we can do our payment which is 2502 (3900-1398.88) so plz do reply ASAP
plz refer attach file where ur engineer mention it like If the contractor put gas meter inside our premises then we dont need to pay extra gas pipe line charges so plz remove it extra charges & close our acc & plz issue letter of permanent Disconnect ASAP as we need to submit in other service provider
