SUB - To START CONNECTION
I, Taraben Solanki, have apply for Adani Gas Connection since around 4 Month Ago. I have paid Rs 5000 and also get connection and meter. but my connection/conversation is still not start yet. My Customer ID - 10002355013. and Complaint ID is C100496369.
I am complaining since last 2 month at customer complain through Telephone and I got my complain number from this customer complain office. but since last 2 months, I just got timings, that is 2 day, 1 week, or 15 days. but Noone come to start my connection.
I have humble request to start my connection asap. otherwise remove my connection and pay my money with interest and compensate me for delaying and harassment for not taking my complaint seriously.
