I was purchased a new SIM dt. 2.1.2014 through M/s. Been Communication, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. I have also submitted Rs. 300/- advance as a security amount towards deduct Rs. 100/- each starting three months with bill amount.
Mr. Karan-********58 (Field Executive) was promised to me my number could be activate within two days. But my number starts after one months. That is very shame full for IDEA Company. I were filed many complaints against this issue.
Recently, my one month completed and no Bill received me till date. In this connection, I received call on 01.04.2014 at 03.24 (********82) from IDEA company and told me submit your bill of Rs. 405/- with very bad languages and I asked them to give me my bill by mail or send me hard copy to my address, but there is no response. Recently, my number (********66) is not running due to cause bill not submitted.
I do not have an option to go Police station and consumer court against complaint for Idea Company.
