BUT ONE DAY I GOT A MESSAGE THAT "PLZ SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENT IN 2 DAYS OTHERWISE YOU LOST SERVICE"
I JUST CALL TO COSTUMER CARE BUT THEY REPLY THAT THEY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THAT AND THERE SYSTEM ARE NOT UPDATE THIS MATTER CALL AFTER SOMETIME.
AFTER SOMETIME I FORGET TO CALL AND YOUR COMPANY CLOSE MY SIM (********11) AS THE TIME MENTION IN SMS.
I AGAIN CALL TO COSTUMER CARE FROM MY ALTERNATE NO.
THEY SAID THAT YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR USER SO THE SERVICE GONE CLOSE. YOU HAVE TO RE-SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENT TO START THE SERVICE AGAIN.
THE NEXT DAY I DO SO I SUBMIT MY DOCUMENT AT YOUR IDEA OFFICE AT BIKANER. AND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT THE SIM ACTIVE IN 2 DAYS.
BUT AFTER 15 DAYS THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVE. YOUR COSTUMER CARE TOLD ME THAT THE SIM IS PERMANENTLY CLOSE FROM IDEA
I JUST WANT "PLZ ACTIVATE MY SIM BECAUSE THIS IS MY BUSINESS NUMBER AND I LOOSE MY ALL CONTACT"

I have sevral request for dnd ,i got the confirmation of dnd ,but the sms doesnot stop from you side,I am not intrested in any offers,why they waist there time & mine also.got fade up of it.if I ask where to complain your service providers gives same procdure wich I did sevral times.is there is a need to report it to trai.
