I bought Samsung LCD TV in Jan 2009. I also got an Airtel digital TV set top box free as an offer along with 5 months subscription free. But the services were discontinued after a month. I called them, but my problem was not addressed. I called them again. On both the occasions they made me hold the line for more than 15 minutes. The services were resumed after that. Again after a few days they discontinued my servies. I called them, but the services were not resumed. On the contrary, they sent me an sms saying that my services have withhold because of negative balance.
Then I mailed them mentioning my customer ID from which they can have all the details about the subscription, offer, my contact nos. etc. But they replied saying I have not given them complete information for them to take any action.
They should be taken to consumer court and pay me compensation
