Airtel Digital TV - Airtel DTH Error Code B001

Airtel DTH Error Code B001. My consumer id is 3004180966. This connection was installed on 28-05-2010, however since last night i.e. 29-05-2010 there is no signal and the screen shows error code B001. I have paid up for a full year in advance. Their customer service no. is a nightmare to get through to. However, after 3 hours of trying i made a complaint (No. 2885508).
After reading about so many horror stories about their customer service on the internet, i decided to take the help of this forum to get speedy action.
I hope this matter is disposed of at the earliest.
