i have purchased a fridge in purnea bihar which is HRD205PM/HSCP in moth of 0ct 2011.after days of date of purchase i got cooling prob and i filled a complain in october.but as per company helpdesk /suppoert team issue will resolve within 72 hrs.but after so many call with relavant dealer/area sales manager/tech i got rectification after 15 days.i got my goods lost amont of 5000 As costly medicine/foods/imergency .after one months due to no utilization i have started fride on feb and i got prob but due to heavy escilattion of non responce i have not filled complain.but some timies its working after some days .again i got major prob in month may-12 i have filled a complain but after 10 days of my regular followup tech visted and confarm compressor prob and again i have lost near about 7000 rs goods/imergancy medicine within this period.and i got rectification after 20 days and again just 3 days i got prob .when i talked with all company local authority on day by day they are not responding.my last complain no is-PAT126090006 ref for faiz electroince.after 20 days of prob still issue not resolved and no any action taken.i have already request for replacement of fridge under warranty due to lots of pron in new product.all complain are earlier closed without my confarmation.please do needfull to replacement of my fridge and cover my compansation amout nearly 15000 doe to poor service of new product.
