Haier Appliances India - Haier Tv complaint- Unattended since 3 months

I have problem in my Haier TV that I had brought last January 2010 and I had raised a complaint towards it on 26th Nov 2010(which was well within the warranty period) at the Haier Service centre, For which I got response that there is unavailability of parts. They told that the issue will be addressed as soon as they will get the spare parts. But despite my regular calls I have not received any response from Haier, My complaint number is: PUN1011260042. I will never ever recommend anyone to take any Haier equipment, I am totally disappointed with the behavior and service provided. Please let me know when will my issue be addressed else I am considering taking legal action against Haier.
Complainant's Goal: I want the issue to be addressed else i want my TV to be replaced.
