I have had a really bad experience with the service center team of Haier Mobile that is located in aurangabad. I purchased a Haier Moblie phone (samukha) before 6 months. Now before some days i face a really big problem with the cell phone, when i clicked on the receive button the phone got hanged. Then I went to the service center of aurangabd, there I did all the formalities so that my phone can be repaired under warranty. I had interacted with Mr Asish Jain (senior most person of that service center). He told me that the phone will be repaired and delivered back to me in 10 days time. But its been 15 long days i have still not got my phone back. This is really frustrating for me as all my business calls come on that phone and now because of this problem i am facing a heavy loss in my business. I am really sorry to say that now when i go to this service center they tell me i will have to wait for more 3 to 4 days. More over the person shows me an attitude and told me that you can do anything that you want ( go to consument form and complaint about us) this is really not good on the part of that person (ashish and his collegues). Now people please suggest me the best option i can do to get my phone back with a good condition.
I am thinking of going to consumer court and teach this people a lesson. I have faced a heavy loss and i will claim it from this company which has made my experience really worst.
