Dear Sir,

I am customer of Aircel having mobile no ********19. 4 days ago I want to do Aircel PI98 Gprs pack. I was call to customer care and know from him, how can I activate this service. Than Customer Executime tell me You can activate this service from our no *121*9801#. After disconnect the call I was call on this no, and there is no option for PI98 gprs pack. Again I was call to customer care , and then I found my call for customer care is block found found on that side. means I can"t call to customer care. Because I have urgent on that time to activate this pack.Then I have done PI94 from there.
But after this I have no data founf for use this service.

Pls solve my problem. If any action not found from yourside within 2 days then I can go to consumer court.
