Idea Cellular - I am not satisfied with the service of IDEA Cellular.

My IDEA postpaid no is : ********33. This no belongs to Pune region.

The problem is that I shared my correct PAN Card details with the IDEA cellular while registering the SIM on my name. I also submitted my correct PAN card photo copy.

Also I shared my correct name with the company as present on my id card.

But in the bill generated and sent to me on my email id by idea cellular wrong PAN CARD no and Wrong name is getting reflected
and on calling the customer care , they say to visit the nearest idea outlet the get the correct details updated.Now my question is that this fault is not from my side then why should I visit the nearest idea outlet to update the correct details instead the idea people should send someone to my office address to get this done since it is a fault from the compnay side.

Also I need this postpaid bill to produce to my bank wherein I can get my addrees updated which is not happening since wrong details are updated on idea bill.

Now I make sure that I will not pay any bill outstanding on my name until idea cellular resolves my issue which I am facing right now.
