Respected Sir, My name is Anand Agrawal.I bought a Blackberry phone model no 9790 about 6 months back as soon as i bought the phone the very second day the battery had some problems and the phone use to heat up so much that i could feel its warmth in my pocket,the touch screen did not work and i had to switch on and off it very frequently so i gave the phone back to the dealer from where i bought it ''Croma '' with a valid bill they gave me a recipt and said that the phone would be returned back within 15 days which wasnt returned instead they took 1 full month to repair it without even providing me with a spare phone.Now my phone is again showing the same problems the touchscreen stops working sometimes,the phone doesnt charge up,and again its the same old problem sir my complaint is that how many times do i keep giving the phone to the service centre when even after spending 27000/- on a phone i am facing so much of problems.
