I have received a phone call from the sales team of Vacations gateway agent Aniket selling holiday package 4 nights 5 days for Rs. 7799 they said all hotels will be 3 to 5 star. I brought 2 packages one for me and one for my brother . I have paid Rs. 15598.00 thru my debit card.
After purchasing the package by spending Rs15598/- , I have contacted their number 0120 6521232, 6521233 countless number of times for the booking of Corbett River View Retreat. They are go on changing hotel by giving some vague excuses. Last time when contacted they send me the hotel confirmation voucher the Corbett Plaza.Check in date was 28th june 2014 when we checked on internet about the hotel, we found the hotel third class not even a single star. we are mentally harassed by vacations gateway. They cheated us and also changed the way of speaking. The way they spoke to me on that day, i got doubt and started searching net and found that several inverters duped by this company.Now the are not picking my phone.

I would request you help to get back money which paid through dedit card (Rs.15598/-) and suggest me how to and where to file a complaint for winding up the company to save innocent public.
