THEY HAVE CHEATED ME TAKING PAYMENT OF RS. 7549/- TOWARDS HOLIDAY HOTEL BOOKING. SINCE LAST 15 DAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAILS AS WELL AS CALLS. THE EMPLOYEES, SO CALLED SALES PERSON OF THE COMPANY INCLUDING ITS OWNER SHOULD BE PUT BEHIND THE BAR.

On 21st December 2013 i had received a called from a tele caller Mr Rajiv . he was selling holiday packages of Vacations gateway company.
Over the phone he told me my name and mobile number has been selected in some lucky draw i.e(BAG IT TODAY) so im entitled to get 2 gifts from the company (Dell laptop inspiron 15 R and bold 4 blackberry mobile) but for this i have to buy 2 packages of Rs 7799 each.i.e Total 15598/-
he had sent me a mail with all details of the package and the gifts as well.
he also told me that i will be receiving two welcome calls one will be regarding the package details and one will be regarding gifts despatch details.
I had received both the calls as been communicated .
I was promised that i will be receiving all the stuff with7-10 days.
Now its been more than 10 days but i have received Vouchers only.
Again i got call from Mr Ashok , he is saying promised gifts are not available in the company surely we will provide laptop and instead of balckberry mobile we will provide Samsung Galaxy s 4 mobile for u only if u purchase again one more voucher worth 7799/- i purcahsed again but they said that amount was not received like that they are saying and they are disconnecting my phone

same thing happan with me they misguded me about refunding my money which cheated bag it today from me. sales exicutive from same company told me they are co-comany of bag it today and refunding my money thats why they wants my bank details for cheking my account and when i givan my bank details they took 30,000/- rs from my account ...... now i am asking for refunding they r taking time
vacation gateway is a big cheat.
no one should rely on them as it is a fraud company.
They have not refunded me my money yet now.
