I purchased Blackberry Playbook from Jaipur blackberry dealer, after some time it get a problem of charging and after logging complained in blackberry customer care (Ticket No INC000025553919) as per their instruction, I have submitted that playbook to Reginton India at their Jaipur service center on 11/09/2012.
As per their committed for 15 days to get back the repaired tablet, I did wait for more than 20 days. after that I tried to cotact them again wheh I did not received the tablet back. The are keeping on extending 4-5 days and today more than one and half month have been passed. there is no change in their reply.
Should I move to consumer court for receiving my tablet ot Redington/Blackberry will honor their reputation in market.

I had similar problem of playbook not taking charge. I saw in the net that this problem is reported with high frequency throughout the world. The redington, chennai where I submitted for repair took one and half month to reply that this problem is unrepairable and not meeting warranty criteria. I am planning to go to consumer court.
Please convey me about progress of your issue.
