Before I start pouring my grievance, I like to say you are going to loose your market, because of the poor after sale service.
I purchased a Honda activa, trusting that Honda will provide a better after sale service, but that is proven that they are worse than their competitors, before this vehicle , I owned Hero bike and Maruti car where I find they are far better. I was called by the dealer that my scooter is due for service, since I was out of station, I informed that I will be back by November third week and bring it for service, also stated that I haven't reached the recommended millage.
But today (19/11/20013), when I reached to leave my scooter for service, they said I need to take a prior appointment, which is unusual and not being informed to customers. I argued but they said I could go to other dealers if I want. This is ridiculous; I'm going to spread this message through my social network and going spend my whole day to make sure that feedback is posted in all possible forums and discussion about HONDA.
Also, I would like mention that, I have tried to subit this query in your website which doesn't work either and I tried to reach the chennai Zonal office, and received a irresponsible response from the executive Abdul and no one availbale to answer when I called the Head Office.
It will be better to organise the company rather spending cores for the adds.
