To,
The Sales Head,
Honda India Ltd.
Sub: No solution provided for the crank problem of my bike Honda Shine.
Sir / Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased the Honda Shine Motorcycle on 16-June-2010 and immediately after the 1st service I started getting some rattling sound from the engine, I immediately notified the same to the service engineer in Surat and he assured me that the sound will be eliminated after the 2nd service, however the sound still persisted and a thorough check up was carried out and it was proved that there was a problem with the crank and I was told that the crank and its bearing will have to be replaced, I was also told that the parts will be available only after 3 months.
After 3 months the service centre in Surat did replace the crank and the bearings and that's what even I believe but even now the problem still persists and now even the service centre does look into my pleas to provide me with a proper solution.
I have been requesting and following it up regularly with your showroom and the service centre in Surat but there has been no response to my complaints at all...
I just want to know, should I live with this problem of my bike??
Is Honda India not bothered about their customers and their complaints??
Kindly let me know whether you at your position are able to provide a solution to my problem, failing which I will take appropriate legal action..
Awaiting your quick response on the same.
Regards,
Parvez Saiyed
