I paid for Service of my bike but not getting Proper AVERAGE & VERY TYPICAL TO RIDE IT AFTER SERVICE DUE TO IT IS TURN OF IN RUNNING when i come back for show them that they ARE NOT GIVING ANY REPLY PROPERLY & I FORCED THEN THEY TAKE IT & GIVE ME AFTER 1 HOUR WHEN I COME BACK TO HOME THEN COME TO KNOW MY SPEED METER IS NOT WORKING, EVEN FOUND THAT MY BIKE IS NOT RUNNING PROPERLY SO I GO BACK AGAIN AND i show them they told they don't know & they ask for change of some parts & pay for new one.i don't know why?????
In service They also new break-light, welding of my bike stand, some footer stand & charge a lot but i know nothing was wrong in my break light,stand so there is nothing wrong with this parts also i don't know why they change & charge for it & if there is wrong why they don't inform me.
WHEN THEY TAKE BIKE IN SERVICE THEY CHECK EACH & EVERY THING EVEN A SMALL SCRATCH ON BIKE & SHOW US BUT IN SERVICE THEY CHANGE PARTS & THEY DON'T INFORM US & WE COME TO KNOW WHEN WE PAY BILL. IF WE ASK FOR OLD ONE THEN THERE IS NO ANSWER FOR IT. THEY DON'T KNOW.
The issue is not about money but thing is about LOYALTY & HONESTY. REALLY ONE KIND OF CHEAT & FRAUD AGENCY. EMPLOYEES WHO SERVICE THE BIKES ARE CHANGING & TAKING OUR VEHICLES' PARTS. I REALLY TO MUCH SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT. IT IS MY BAD LUCK I COME THERE FOR PURCHASE BIKE & TRUST THEM FOR SERVICE.
MONEY IS NO ISSUE BUT THE THING IS ABOUT LOYALTY & HONESTY. REALLY TO MUCH SUFFER DUE TO THIS KIND OF APPROACH & RESPONDS OF ANSWERS.
