Hathway Internet services - HATHWAY MODEM passed high current and burnt our LAPTOP motherboard

Hi,

This is Murali Manohar V. I’m having the HATHWAY Broad Band Connection in Hyderabad city. My Customer id: 595540.

On 22-May-2011, the Hathway Modem got passed high voltage and in turn it passed high voltage to my power circuit and to the laptop.
Because of this high voltage passed by HATHWAY modem, it got burnt itself and LAPTOP mother board got burnt inside.

HATHYWAY peopled called me and agreed their modem passed highvoltage at that particular time. But no furher actions taken on this and no response from them.

As per my laptop service engineer, I need to change the laptop’s motherboard which costs around Rs.12, 000.
I have raised the complain to HATHWAY about this problem and my complaint no is: 5671746.

NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM HYDERABAD HATHWAY PEOPLE, INFACT THEY ARE LEAST BOTHER ABOUT CONSUMER'S COMPLAINTS.

Need a immediate action and would be appreciated.

Complainant's Goal: To get service charges incurred to my laptop because of HATHWAY modem fault

I have not received any responses from HATHWAY.. Can anyone help me, how to file a consumer case in Hyderabad and where to approach regarding the details of Consumer court addresses and all?
