We have been facing a lot of complaints with Hathway Service . The matter is worse now as today we have received a call from customer care dept stating that "85% usage is over" .
I request you to go through the phone calls made to the customer care stating huge complains .
Last week there was no internet service provided to us and when we contacted they said "YOU DID NOT PAY THE BILL" ..............we have already paid the bill just a month back .
Several phone calls has been made and there was an ERROR FROM THE BILLING DEPT ...........the issue got resolved in 4 days .
Most of the time there is no proper internet either the lines are down or some technical issue . We spend several money on the phone calls and yet no response .
Today we have a received the phone call stating "85% USAGE IS OVER"
My question is : How can we use 85% within a month's time when there is no proper internet and we are hardly at home ???
We conclude :
Hathway is cheating us , firstly they said we did not pay the bill but after a big fight on the phones , they accepted that there was an error from billing dept .
Hathway is looking for alternative way to fetch money from the customers through unethical ways .
If this is the case then please refund us the money and cancel the connection .
We have been using the most pathetic internet service since 2004 and wish not to be the customer any more .
Next Step : We will be lodging the complain with the consumer board and publish this in the news paper so that no customers are fooled by the hathway .
Look into this and get back with a solution
