there was a crack on the inside of the phone from the start but I could not catch the defect at the time of purchase because of the lighting and moreover I never doubted any customer could be cheated by apple. When I discovered the crack I made a complaint at the store I bought it from but they keep pinning it on me. Tell me how could I put a crack on the inside of the phone and how long do you think a customer should check the phone before paying? I thought I was buying from a trustworthy company. I feel like I am being harassed by your customer care. I was a fool to have bought an apple product.
Please solve this problem before the warranty period expires or their fault will be on my head entirely. each time I go for a new screen guard or phone guard the crack continues to grow. Does apple not pay attention to Indian customers? Because it looks like that for sure.
