I am a girl student taking coaching classes from Laxmi Nagar,On 24 Aug i gave my IPhone S6 for repair to your centre
After 1 days when I visited centre i was given a used secondhand old 6S phone as substitute for my phone till my phone gets back from Bangalore. After got a confirmation call Today i again went to Centre and was told that my has come back after repair without any charge becose my phone is under warranty But when i returned back the old phone to centre they was asked to pay 11000 as cost for unvisible crack on head of old phone which is not visible with naked eye, and when i again visited at sarvice centre for my iphone take back then he tell its also damage at buttom of phone and now you must be pay 25000 as a cost of hole mob its also not much visible with naked eye.....i dont know what type of sarvice they provided to iphone customer , in 1 visit they ask for 11000 and in 2 visit they ask for 25000 if there is genuon pro in my phone then why they dont saw in my 1 st visit....its proved they only want money from me but i m unable to pay such a huge money becoz i m a student so i dont have much money to gave them....... i want my iphone 6s back plzzzzzzzzz help me in this .........outherwise i take some strik action againsed iphone and this sarvice centre
I request you to kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest,
Kindly return back my phone without any charge becose as a student m unable to give 11000 or 25000 rupes...

I submitted my iphone 7 jet black 128gb for getting the touch screen repaired at B2X Netaji Subhash Palace, before taking it in their possession they removed all sorts of protections from the phone a kept it naked with them. On the day of delivery I found that the entire back of my phone was full of scratches for whuch the employees were responsible!
However, they denied all allegations simply by playing with a sentence written on the job sheet which stated “minor scratches on the device” this sentence didn’t specifically targeted a particular area where scratches were present.
But after they found themselves responsible for scratching my phone’s back they simply said that they were present initially and therefore they have mentioned the term ‘device’. My device looks horrible with those scratches.... I demand that either my device is replaced or its body is changed! Else I am gonna sue your company in the consumer court along with a mental harassment case against the manager who managed to be really rude.
