Bought i-phone 5S (35********55895) in Sep 2015 which developed issues in August2016. Approached B2X Sahara Mall Gurgaon and was given a refurbished handset as replacement (3520********719). Within 4 months, the replaced handset has konked off and service center says it is now out of warranty and please pay Rs. 22,000 for motherboard replacement. This is case of cheating the customer by giving a faulty replacement in warranty period.

I visited B2X sahara mall for some issue in my iPad, but I was stunned to see heights of unprofessionalism. Starting from the cleanliness I saw cockroaches at the floor and the place is not well constructed. The executive have no idea how to deal with customers and we're not following the process, moreover when my token was called out then after reciting my issue to the executive I was shocked to hear the explanation given my the executive although I am from IT so I know the front and back side of an electronic devices but the executive was trying to fool me around as if I am a layman ... I did not expect such unprofessionalism from Apple authorized store .. please do not degraded the branding and services , instead bring some highly technical professional if you want the branding.
