my idea number ********82 have been wrongly deducted of rupees 10 on 26 aug 2013 in name of pretones and though i had already complained against that idea number to not receive any calls.i complained immediately after deduction where in i was given confirmation of refund within 4 hours.even after 4 hours it wasnt refunded.the company executives were rude and unwilling to help.again after 4 hours in name of technical issue they were not refunding.they asked me again to call on 27th aug 2013 morning and now again in name of technical issue they are not refunding.infact their seniors are so incapable that they are giving an open challenge to file a consumer court but they will never refund.i am harassed even being such a heavy user.they do this to only prepaid users.im harassed and i want to file a suit against aditya birla and idea cellular company to claim damages against mental harassment.
