For many days now, my wife has been receiving harassing calls from a man with an Aircel phone number. The caller frequently calls up in the middle of the night and talks to her in another language, or breathes heavily, or sends harassing messages. The caller's Aircel number is ********83. The man used to call from another number earlier, but switched to this number after she blocked the earlier number.

Could you please help us with this problem? Is there any way of giving this man a warning or disconnecting his connection?
