On a recent business trip to Europe, my company provided me with a matrix connection. I must admit tht i was very skeptical as i had not heard anything positive on it. But to my surprise Matrix was good desicion that was made! I was obviously using internet data and the connection made it very simple to check my emails and facebook when i was on the move. I had difficulty in setting my network to T-Mobil and I had emailed them my concern.. Since I had my collegue's alternate number which I shared with them, they called me on that number, took me through setting up the network so that my data would work too and they actually just took 5 minutes time to help me set it up.. Post which to check if it was working or not, they called me on their matrix number and confirmed the same! I honestly wasn’t expecting this but I am really glad.
