I have to share the recent experience I had with matrix sim cards. I was using their sim card for London and was happy with their services until the end. There was a moment in between when I actually did land up calling their customer team like a frustrated customer because my data services were stuck and I couldn’t use them for a day. Those guys not only addressed my issue with utmost priority but also ensured that they were polite and helped me with a quick solution. Thumbs up for their customer team!
