Went to Malaysia in April with my family and decided to use Matrix sim card to save on international roaming charges. Obviously also because it was easily available. It worked good in terms of call connectivity and the network coverage was also good.. Solved our purpose of staying connected with a few family members back here and I could do my official work as well like checking and replying to emails. All in all the decision of using a Matrix sim was good! Must say they have a great service. I had difficulty in settling my usage charges & extra billing amount but when i contacted the customer care they really helped out! It’s been a speedy response from their side.
