This is very embarrassing to mention you that on Jan 28 2015 a representative called me telling calling from vacation gateway Name Mr. Sandeep Tirpaty

He has told me that Vacation gate way has offered some of renouned person a very great offer that customer (me) has to pay Rs 7799/-and I will receive a brand new touch screen Dell laptop but till date I haven,t received it I have called several time He has commited me that I will get my laptop He has done fraud again and He has done the payment through IVR process because I was not on that time.

I have received a package but I was not interested on that I have told several times that I wil get my laptop or not, He said everytime that I will get it,

Then few days ago a representative name Mr Ravi(Mentioned that he is assistant manager of that company having mobile no.0********44) called me and said Sir

we are extremely sorry that we haven't send the laptop due to some internal problem in the company The representative told me that Sir you have to pay Rs 750 and you will receive your laptop but your account should have minimum Rs 8549/- rest amount will be refunded to you within 2-3 working days with your laptop this time also the payment was done through IVR process because I was not online, when I called him Mr Ravi has replied me that the refund amount means Rs7799 will be refunded me at earliest but now they are not picking the phone and no refund also been done. When I said that please sent me the refund confirmation they have send me the booking of anther package costing Rs 8549/-

So Sir/Madam they have done fraud to me of Rs 16348/- and till date I haven,t received my refund amount and the laptop which they have mentioned ,I request to you to please take corrective action because IN my view like this they have done fraud to several custom
