Dear all Vian\'s Victim
Lt us unite against the fraud company Vian infrastructure.
Following could be our action points as discussed;-
1)Letus decide a date in this month only(if possible), so that we all can go totheir present office at Jhandewalan, New Delhi and over their we can directly put our demand infront of top management and ask to update the real status of the company.
2)Jointly file a case against this fraud company in consumer court at New Delhi.
3)Jointly we can approach EOW of Delhi at institutional area, New Delhi.
4)If possible we can also approach to press/media to highlight our concerns against this fraud company.
Pl. note that we are on the verge of loosing our hard earner money, therefore we have to be little bit strong against Vian infrastructure.Individually they wouldn\'t listen to anybody but if we all go and put-up strongly, they are bound to do something.

As per the directions of Ld, Court of Sh. A.K.Pandey ACMM Patiala House Court Delhi, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that Anti Land & Building Racket Section of Economic Offences Wing, Crime Branch, C-22/23, Udhyog Sadan, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi is conducting investigation against the accused, company M/s. Vian Infrastructure Ltd, vide case FIR No. 737/07 U/s 406, 420, 120B IPC Police Station Connaught Place, Those investors/depositors, who have invested their money in company M/s. Vian Infrastructure Ltd, and have not approached / lodged their complaints with investigating agency so far, may approach the ALBR Section of EOW/Crime Branch at C-22/23, Udhyog Sadan, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi (Tel: 011-26510007) for lodging their complaint along with documents pertaining to their investments.

I too have a plot in jaipur vian along with 3 other colleagues of my office.
We have deposited 50% amount with teh company and apart from the agreement with the Co. we do not have anything. The progress at the site is absolutely slow and understand teh company chairman is in jail held by EOW officials.
We must highlight our plight in media and ensure no land is sold by vian or their group companies w.i.e till our matter is resolved.
I support this complaint. Vian is cheater and SURYA THAPAR is in police custody. We want our hard earned money back. Their office staff again saying that they have started work at Haridwar and after Aug 5th 2010, they will start NEEMRANA work after final hearing. They all again trying to make us fool.

Dear Investors,
I have invested Rs 4.20 Lacs in Vian City Agra. Since there was no progress at site, I had sensed the wrong intentions of the promoters & approached them for refund, since they did not responded to my request, I have filed a case in Consumer court at K G Marg New Delhi through a lawyer (Mr Mrinal Bharati Cell # ********84), and after 4-5 hearings the court has ordered in my favour. I would therefore request all the investors to unite & file a case in consumer court which will be definitely in investors favour.
