Dear all Vian\'s Victim
Lt us unite against the fraud company Vian infrastructure.
Following could be our action points as discussed;-
1)Letus decide a date in this month only(if possible), so that we all can go totheir present office at Jhandewalan, New Delhi and over their we can directly put our demand infront of top management and ask to update the real status of the company.
2)Jointly file a case against this fraud company in consumer court at New Delhi.
3)Jointly we can approach EOW of Delhi at institutional area, New Delhi.
4)If possible we can also approach to press/media to highlight our concerns against this fraud company.
Pl. note that we are on the verge of loosing our hard earner money, therefore we have to be little bit strong against Vian infrastructure.Individually they wouldn\'t listen to anybody but if we all go and put-up strongly, they are bound to do something.

I am also a victim of this fraud . After repeatedly calling to Vian's office , i have been given FALSE assurance of money return after Dec 2010. I DONOT trust their claims. Please let me know where we all can unite to get our money back. I have invested in Vian Jaipur project.
I support this complaint. I am with you all people. I booked the plot in 2006-07 in Haridwar project and deposited 3.17 lakhs with them. Later this booking of plot has been converted into booking of flat. But the situation is same nothing is being delivered by them. The only thing being delivered by them is .. false and unrealistic promises afer promises. They have really cheated large number of pleope like us. hi this dheeraj malik my cell no ********76 i was also booked one plot on vian ganga haridwar at 120 sq yrds but as per company comitment company not provide us plot & now i m hearing from mkt company going on froud its very sad to me & all i m one & only earning person in my faimly & i m very poor so we want my money back from company so please ragistered me also in this list i shall very thankfull to you
