Dear Sir,

With deep regret I state that I had purchased BLACKBERRY CURVE 9320 having serial no. 3524********182 which is giving me problems right after few month of purchase. In spite of charging it fully, after usage of only an hour or so the phone flashes the message “BATTERY TOO LOW FOR RADIO USE”.

I have complained about this several times, at the service centre they have checked the battery and said it is fine and assured that if we load some software the device will work properly, this story has been going along for a long time without any solution.

As I am a businessman a lot of my time and effort has gone in vain because of the harassment caused due to the faulty phone thus hampering my working hours.

They are requested to either replace the phone with a new set or refund my money back at the earliest.
