i had submitted blackberry q10 for repair of incoming voice problem at ludhiana service centre(job sheet no.********05) on 16 december 2013. And on 30th december 2013, i had received the handset while that voice problem is still there, and i noticed the screw drivers dents on the face of the phone(below the keyboard). This all has happened only in a month from the purchase. i had earlier requested the blackberry care to replace the phone as it were only a few days that i purchased this new phone and the problem has occured. but they dint listen and instead returned me the same faulty handset and with their service staff putting screw driver dents on the phone. i hope they listen to my complaint and replace the phone.
