HI I AM SHYAM………
I HAD PURCHASED A BLACKBERRY SUIT ON 25 JAN 2012 FROM BLACKBERRYS RANCHI SHOWROOM..

STYLE- NL-CADMUS
COLOUR- BLCB26L/BLACK(mob no for bill was ********09)
I WORE IT FOR 4-5 TIMES IN THE DURATION OF 8-9 MONTHS AND DURING THIS PERIOD IT DEVELOPED A MAJOR FABRIC DEFECT ON RIGHT ARM IN SCATTERED PATTERN.
DUE TO NATURE OF MY JOB, I COULD NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATLY .I RETURNED IT TO RANCHI SHOWROOM ON 02-01-2013 IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH S. NO. 1054 AND WAS PROMISED APPROPRIATE ACTION.WHEN I CONTACTED AFTER 25 DAYS,I WAS TOLD THAT WARRANTY IS OF 6 MONTHS ONLY AND SOME DISCOUNT WAS THERE ON IT.

MY POINT IS THAT FIRST OF ALL WHILE SELLING THIS SUIT TO ME ,THIS DISCOUNT AND ITS AFTER EFFECTS WERE NOT TOLD TO ME.I WAS JUST TOLD TO PAY SOME RS 13000 APPROX FOR ALL THE ITEMS.
SECONDLY,AS FOR AS WARRANTY IS CONCERNED,I AM SURE A HUGE AND INTERNATIONAL BRAND LIKE BLACKBERRY DOES NOT SELL ITS ITEMS TO THE CUSTOMERS ASSUMING THAT IT WILL LAST ONLY FOR 6 MONTHS.

IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANY HUMAN FAULT FROM MY SIDE LIKE CUT/BURN..ETC I WOULD HAVE NOT REQUESTED FOR AN ACTION BUT IT IS A FABRIC DEFECT AS IT IS VISIBLE ON WHOLE ARM AND IN A SCATTERED PATTERN WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY SOME DEFECT IN THE FABRIC.
... IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE FOR ME TO SAY THAT RESPONSE FROM BLACKBERRYS AT ALL LEVEL HAS BEEN UNPROFESSIONAL, TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SHAMELESS.YOU PEOPLE DID NOT HAVE BASIC COURTESY OF REPLYING TO MY E MAIL OR INFORMING ME ON MOB(********08).YOU CALL YOUR SELF A GLOBAL BRAND....CRAP..THERE IS YOUR SHOWROOM WHICH IS NOT REPLYING PROPERLY AND PLAYING "PASSING THE BUCK".WHY DON'T YOU SHOW THIS ATTITUDE WHEN A CUSTOMER GOES FOR BUYING SOMETHING..THEN YOU TREAT HIM LIKE GOD AND THE MOMENT HE HAS ANY COMPLAIN ..HE SUDDENLY BECOMES DEVIL.THEN IS YOUR REGIONAL HEAD ..WHO IS NOT READY TO PICK UP THE PHONE.WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE IS THIS.
IT SEEMS TO ME THAT ALL THE CLAIMS OF BLACKBERRYS OF BEING HIGH QUALITY,BEST STYLISH GLOBAL PRODUCT ARE A TOTAL LIE.ON A NAME OF A GLOBAL BRAND YOU ARE SELLING A THIRD QUALITY PRODUCT WITH A HIGH PRICE TAG.WHAT KIND OF QUALITY YOU ARE TALKING WHEN YOUR PRODUCT COSTING RS 10000/PIECE CAN NOT LAST MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.A ROAD SIDE TAILOR WILL PROVIDE A BETTER QUALITY FOR LONGER DURATION.
IT WAS MY MISTAKE TO TRUST IN YOUR BRAND AND BUY YOUR PRODUCT THRICE SPENDING AROUND RS 35000 AND NOW I DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE AS YOUR REGISTERED MEMBER ANYMORE(********54). DO NOT SEND ANY PROMOTIONAL SMS WHEN YOU CAN NOT ATTEND YOUR CUSTOMERS AND ADDRESS THEIR PROBLEMS... PATHETIC..A HIGHLY NON RECOMMENDED BRAND....

Complainant's Goal: I WANT BLACKBERRYS OFFICIALS TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND CHANGE MY SUIT..
