My prepaid mobile no. is ********0. I have recharged 3G with Rs. 850/- on 12.07.2012. With this number i am only using internet. On 14.07.2012 when I check my balance, found that the balance is Rs. 01 paise only after using the internet for email access only for approx. 3 hrs which cost not more then Rs. 10 to Rs.20. I call the 12345 customer care and get the sms that the deductions are against value added services on dt. 14.07.2012. It is also surprising that the customer care had also told me that you have not activated any value added services then how deductions are made against value added services?

So it is reuested that kindly take necessary action for refund of balance amount at the earliest.
