Hi,
I tried requesting for the disconnection of my cell phone account quite a number of time however, the IDEA customer care is not responding to the request at all.
Moreover, I tried e-mailing the request to them on 8th May, 2010 and even after more than 15 days, the cell phone account is not disconnected. I am still charged for the account which I am not using at all.
When requested, I paid all the necessary amount required to be paid for disconnection . I also followed up constantly however, there is no communication regarding the disconnection.
I am really frustrated and needs someone\'s help in this regard.
