Dear Sir,
i'm a passenger travelling from Mumbai to Chennai . i took ticket through red bus. the ticket was issued to Raj travels in Mumbai . we are supposed to reach Banglore at seven o clock at morning (17/12/12). but bus reached at 10:45 am . in our ticket it is mentioned that i'll reach chennai by 1.56 pm. from banglore to chennai the ticket was issued to Sangita travels . they informed all passengers to get ready by 1 o clock . bus came we were still in banglore till 2.50 pm bus was inside bnglore parked at a place road side . no proper response.
A foreigner is in our Bus who is travelling to Chennai . He is supposed to catch the Flight at chennai to Sri lanka .
It was big insult and frustration to passengers travelling . please kindly have a look on it . to avoid such disturbances to public Each passengers had their own plans and programs . please sir i kindly request you to take necessary action on it.
