yesterday,i travelled frm chennai to pune and booked the ticket in sangeeta travels,paying Rs 2700/-,and i got the worst service in my life,my picking pt was chennai central,near everest hotel,and departure time was at 9:30 am sharp.i came there at 8:30am and shutter was down of sangeeta travels over there,i was waiting opp to that shop in chai tapri,at 9:30 one bus passes frm there driver didnt stop over there at least for 1 sec...u can ask the driver or i was constantly speaking to roopganesh one of ur colleague in redbus call centre...he gave me manager no.he was not recieving it.at 9:45 am one of girl and a man opened the shutter,when i said to them that regarding to this matter,they said that bus has gone when i said regarding thios matter they asked the driverand drivertold the truth i think they were just saying sorry and said u have to go to coyambid..i went there,when i speaked to yuvraj manager regarding thishe was like ok bus will com u will go,dont woorry.i cannot except this answer frm manager who didnt even appolize to me......and speaking rudely...and then in ticket it is clearly mentioned that operator will not change the bus if they will then fees will get refund....they changed the bus in majestic and said to travel in national bus.and they gave me a last seat.which seat do not even go back......i not slept whole night...and this is not first time they have made changes,everyday customers travells have to travel frm national bus when i spoke to national bus agent......damm.i hate this service,redbus and sangeeta travells must refund me mymoney back,why i m paying so much money for this ***** up service...they even cant speak properly..........in my life i will not travel frm redbus any service...and i am saying it once again give me my money back......u dont desreve to open an agency or bus service provider....my no is TE7C48759449,AND PNR NO IS TS-RB1519907.u can speak to ur colleague r.prabu or roopganesh i constantly frm 9:15 i am talking to them abt service....once again i say this is worst service...............which i got........
