AIRCEL - Deficiency in Services by Airtel

Sir,
Reg:- deficiency in Services by Airtel- Mobile 0********14

I have requested for activation for Validity period for my mobile no. +********8514 which I am using for more then one decade as Postpaid and now prepaid. The request was made on 31st July as expiry date was 1st Aug 2012 and requisite amount was paid which was acknowledged through SMS.
However the mobile was deactivated and till the post of this e-mail, it is not activated causing harassment, mental agony and disrespect in the eyes of society as a whole and business loss. For this deficiency of service, I am entitled for the compensation :
- I demand Rs. 1000/- per day for delay.
- Refund of Pending balance and amount deposited for activation of Validity recharge.
- Conversion of my number to use the services of BSNL.

You are requested to settle the issue within 7 days. Otherwise, I will be compelled to Knock the door of Consumer forum at your cost and responsibility. Please acknowledge the receipt by return e-mail.
