Micromax mobiles - Defective Product

I brought Micromax Canvas A311 on May 28th 2015. From last 2 week I am facing issue in mobile which is restarting most of the time when I am in call.
Suddenly call will get disconnect and mobile restarts. other problem is the front camera is not working at all,
i sent a mail to info@micromaxinfo.com, they said there is no policy of refunding the amount, my concern is i have purchased the mobile just a 3 weeks back, within 3 weeks of time if i get these many problem, how can i trust/ use this further. please help me to resolve this issue.
