Micromax collected Rs.5000/- as prebooking charge for Canvas -4 mobile on 28-6-2013 with conditions that (i) on 8-7-2013 they will release mobile with price and specifications and if you like it remaining amount then have to be paid at price they declared on 8-7-2013 & (ii) if you do not like to purchase refund will be given within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation date. I cancelled order on itself date of release 8-7-2013. They sent me mail on 8-7-2013 showing refund will be within 7 to 10 working days. Till 22-7-2013 they did not respond to any of mails or phone calls. On 22-7-2013 they sent mail stating refund will be within 3 to 4 working days. Still as on today 30-7-2013 NO REFUND!! No response on mails or calls. Even they are not receiving phone calls on customer care. Please help or suggest to get rid of such frustrating issue.
