Micromax mobiles - i am not saisfied with micromax mobile

i have purchased a micromax canvas 2 a-110 from croma on jan 13 but after some month approx 4/5 in this phone i faced many problem it has been hang so much i had contact with custmer support but thy are not listing my problem pls help me
