I had received a call from idea call center on 18th jan 2011 and was told about a tarrif plan by one of the representative according to which all the local calls would cost 10 paisa per minute from pm in the evening till 5pm in the evening.I denied for tarrif but then also the amount was deducted my my mobile no. ********80.I tried calling the customer care the next day but the line was busy.Today when one of the representative received my call he forwarded my call and I waited for almost eigth minutes and disconnected as there was no response.I called the customer care again and requested to give me a complain number or record my call and was clearly denied.
