AIRCEL - Compliant agianst AIRCEL VAS

Hi ,
I am using Aircel sim from past one year . Last 6 month i am facing problem with Aircel that six month back i bought one 7 Rs dialer tune card and i recharged that card through IVR . Immediately i got conformation message also. So i put that card in dustbin. But next day i was charged one rupee for HT rental. So i called the Aircel customer care and asked that i have already put 7 Rs Dialer why you are charging daily rental he said the 7 Rs card was not recharged . i told then why you have sent conformation message. he cannot able to answer my question.so he transferred that call to TL Mr.Saravanan . he asked that card no i said after getting the conformation message i put that card in dustbin i am not having that card .he said i can not help you . simply he said that if you are ready to continue my line continue other wise disconnect the line. i was very irate in that situation. Then i left that matter. Now two day back i was charged 15 Rs for Voice chat.I did not activate the Voice chat .So i called the Aircel head office which is in coiambatore one lady attend the call and who is name is kavitha i told he i did not activate that Voice chat simply OK sir i deactivate that service here after you will not be charged for voice chat. i asked to reverse that amnt she said it is not possible. while i am spking to her immediately she transfered my call to madurai office there one lady attend my call her name is Raji she did not aware of my query so again i explained evry thing to her but simply she said wait two days i will chk and call you . still now i did not get any call from their side.. Please take my compliant and solve my problem.

That is strange, I think you should visit the nearest Aircel store. They will guide you and surely resolve your issue as well.

i have done complaint several time from 5 days but my problem was not solved and misbehavior against me by the costumer care. I requested u to call me at this no. 0********06
