Sir/Madam,
Regretfully I am informing you that I was using an Aircel connection, number mentioned in the subject line. This SIM is misplaced inside my house and I am not able to get it back at all. I am trying to call to contact to Aircel Customer care for the last 10 days to block the SIM card but they are not responding me efficiently. They are playing with me like football. Sometimes they are stating we are not able to support you due to some technical fault and sometimes they are stating that call after sometimes.
Sir, I would like to let you know that if something wrong happens due to this misplacement of SIM Card then who will responsible for the same? You are kindly requested to look into the matter and instruct the customer care support personnel to call me at the earliest to my alternate number, mentioned at the end.
