Dear sir,
Myself Dhanya ,Purchased Honda activa(black) on 14th september 2012 from Pioneer Motors Kannur Pvt Ltd(Peeyem Honda),Kannothumchal .
I am not at all satisfied their serivice in sales, beacuse in time of purchasing bike is not in clean condition.More mud deposited on engine area and others. Complaint to change or clean the bike. But they have replyed after 2 hours .Customer would insulte in present scenario.
Ihad purchased as on date septemeber 14, But in service book the mate mentoned from their side is september 7th. Now I had talked to representative. They talking very useless. They had already said to report service centre before one week. I had called through the phone no of service centre more times. But they didn't take and reply.
Two times I sent to their office after depositing full cash. Because first time bike didn't reach for taking. This also is staff care less.
How can deal this office as that this like.
Please appoint a good customer relation officer for a good communication relation through customer to acquire good customer satisfaction .
