I am your new customer. But at the beginning i am really disappointed about your service. Because for GPRS settings on laptop i am trying to contact your customer executive from last 24hrs but all time i found them busy. Finding no other alternative now i am sending this complaint. My idea's sim no is ********000028816913 & mobile no is ********29.
I have taken a new idea prepaid connection on Aug'12 and after 1week i have got a call from C.C.E. About confirmation of the connection and surprisingly they informed me that the connection is not in my name and they told me to submit valid documents within 3rd Sept. So, i again submitted all the relevant dociments(PAN CARD,DRIVING LICENCE,4 PHOTOGRAPHS & filled up a prepaid form also) in Idea cellular point 'AGNI TRADERS' (situated at Ulubari, Guwahati)and they told me that updation will be made within 7days but surprisingly no updation has been made yet and the connection is still some others name. Is this the service of idea in Assam... how will i suggest someone to take a new connection of idea..if i suffer like this. it's really disgusting..
